The original idea was simply to change the broadcasting screens of the COUNCIL OF EUROPE's Ministers' Comittee, which had been fully satisfactory for more than 7 years.
The meeting room of the Ministers' Comittee redesigned
The old NEC monitors were renewed by the new one, somewhat more powerful, of the same brand, but in very large (90 inches). Then, after much reflection, it seemed relevant to also change the signal processing in conference control room to allow the switching of very different sources:
- Analog computer peripherals in VGA and low resolution
- Digital computer peripherals in DVI-D or HDMI connection and very disparate resolution and 16:10 th
- Digital audiovisual device SD (576i) or HD (1080i) and 4K.
The COUNCIL OF EUROPE also wished to record the meetings. 6 discrete PTZ cameras 4K PANASONIC are installed all around the room of the ministers committee to capture the meetings. A mobile flight control unit is positioned near the interpreting booths during these shotings.
